I really liked the Tool Tip styles that David shared there at the end, so I decided to replicate them as closely as possible with Storyline. Great learning experience as always!

I've been getting a lot of direct emails asking how I created these pop up Tool Tips. I don't really have a 'tutorial' I can share, but I can give you the source file, and maybe you can dissect it and see what's going on. You'll notice that one of the key aspects is putting the pop-up boxes inside of scroll boxes. It's a pretty awesome trick I've been playing with lately. Take care!
