Articulate app stuck!
Hi,
The Articulate App have stuck in this status. It does not update an i can not cancel the update. Any tip how to get around this?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
If you're not an admin on your machine, please try asking your IT team to run the installation under admin privileges to see if this allows the installation to complete. Alternatively, you can download the installers here and install the applications manually yourself.
If manually installing doesn't help, please follow the steps in this article to remove all Articulate 360 files and registry keys from your computer so we can start completely fresh. Please open a case with our support team here if you are still unable to run Articulate 360 after performing these troubleshooting steps.
