H5P intergration
How hard would it be to integrate the H5P tools into rise scorms. I already do this in another LMS, with a plugin, but these don't reside in the scorm ( rather in the framework). Hi, I'm developing a course, and I would like to remove the lesson breakdown from the cover page. Is there a way to do this? For its intended purpose, I don't need to have a description, or a lesson breakdown, and I'd like to simply display the cover image with the Course Title and the Start Course button. On review of the content, it was pointed out to me that this drew people down and away from the Start Course button unnecessarily. I've searched through the cover page settings, and not found any way to edit this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and I apologise if I have overlooked something simple.Can't publish new version of the existing content on Review 360
Hello Team, I am working on the Rise360 course. I am unable to publish the new version of the existing content on Review 360. When I click on Review tab on the top right, menu below it doesn't appear. Ideally menu below Reivew tab should appear. And on click Review tab below page is shown. Please guide how to resolve this issue, so menu below the Review tab will appear. Thanks & Regards, AnjaliIssue with Transparent Background on Images
Hello! We create images in Canva and upload them into Rise. Many of these images have a transparent background. Until today, the background of these images showed as white. However, today, any image we update/upload with a transparent background shows the background as black. (You can see the attached screenshot for what I mean. Images on left and center were updated today and image on right was not. All showed with a white background before today.) I'm not sure why this is happening. Does anyone have any suggestions please?More than 2 sorting category options not possible to do in mobile landscape
I've a 4-category option sorting activity that works across devices in both portrait and landscape except landscape on mobile - the boxes don't resize to fit on one line so you can't see them nor does in scroll down as you drag. Any workarounds? Thanks
Audio recordings no longer appearing
I've been making edits to a few courses, and as of an hour ago, any audio recordings included in the courses are no longer appearing/playing. This is happening in every course I view with recordings, including ones I was editing earlier today that seemed normal. I still downloaded the SCORM to see if it was just an issue on Rise itself, but there was no recording after uploading to Docebo either. I've tried clearing my browsing history and going on incognito mode and it's still an issue. I've attached some screenshots of what I'm seeing. Thanks so much for your help!
