HI, Am not able to access the courses....displays the following error. Please help!!

I appreciate your patience while the Rise 360 issue is ongoing. I’m happy to confirm that Rise 360 access has been restored and is fully functional. We have updated the status here from Monitoring to Resolved.

I have the same "clear cache" message. Cannot access Rise.

I have tried to submit a ticket for this but the page keeps looping, does anyone have an email that I can send this issue to or has anyone created a ticket successfully that I can refer to?

Same for us!
However, we only have difficulty with licences on US servers.
Our licences on EU servers seem to be working fine!
