Learner Notes - Input Boxes
I would love to have a section that could be reachable at any point in the course for users to make notes or to comment? Has anybody seen any work arounds? Seems like a HUGE feature request, its just that our case studies and focus groups are showing that the end user want's to be able to make notes.Text formatting and placement in Image and Text blocks
Hi all: I'm finding that my text entries look strange next to images when I use the image & text blocks in my courses. It sometimes looks like it's attempting to the align the last line of text with the bottom of the image, sometimes looks like its centering the text with the image, but the end result is almost always rather odd looking and seems to waste quite a bit of space. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be any way to control the margins or side padding of the text portion of the block. Am I missing a way to have more control over the way the text displays next to the image in this particular block? It's a necessary tool for lots of my courses but it just ends up looking kinda silly.Change HTML source language in Rise course
Dear community, We developed an e-learning in Dutch using Articulate Rise and have gotten it tested on accessibility. One of the comments on the course was that in the HTML of the course the source language is shown as English ("html lang=en"), even though the full course is in Dutch. This results in screen readers selecting the language as English instead of Dutch which causes issues in, for example, wrong pronunciation of words. To overcome this users will have to manually select a different language on their screen readers. I am wondering whether there is some kind of way to fix this and change the source language? Anyone experience with this? Many thanks for your help!Unable to Remove Character’s Speech Bubble in Rise Scenario
I’m creating an interaction in Rise using the Scenario block. I want the user to choose an option and then continue to the answer feedback. I selected the “Dialogue” option from the upper right drop down choice selection screen/slide. When I preview what’s been developed so far, a speech bubble appears by the character on the left, and the response chosen on the right. I only want the speech bubble on the right that displays the user’s selection. I created a similar scenario in Rise last month and did not have this issue. Please see the screen shots attached. This is something that has bugged me for a while. I hope you can help. My client wants to use 2 of the same answers in the matching knowledge check. However, the user needs to select the "correct" tile, even though both tiles have the same answer? Is there a way for the user to select EITHER of the two tiles and get the quiz correct?Articulate Rise 360 API
Hi Everyone, so far we've been designing our courses on Rise and then export them as scorm1.2, 2004 etc to our different LMS's (Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Rapid Global, VisTep). and of course, every time an update comes through, we must re-scorm and repeat. Is there an easier way, like an API that we could use to link Rise360 to the LMS?Get Storyline quiz Score to report in Rise
Hi! I needed to add more features to my final assessment than the available on the Rise course quiz lesson, so I created a Storyline 360 quiz, but now I need it to do the next thing: - When the score is passing they are allowed to move to the next lesson. -When the user fails, the next lesson is blocked and they have to redo the quiz until they have a passing score. How can I take the score from Storyline to Rise to validate the passing or failed score. Is that something to do from the Storyline file or from Rise? Subject: Issue with Video Link Broken in Review Mode Dear Articulate Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with videos in Articulate Rise 360. While videos uploaded from other platforms work fine, videos generated from Vyond are not displaying correctly when previewed in Review mode. They appear with a broken link. The videos themselves play normally when added to the course, but when I generate a Review, the link to the video breaks. I have tested other videos, and they work perfectly, so the issue seems specific to those created in Vyond. Could you please help me diagnose the cause of this problem? What steps can I take to ensure the videos from Vyond display properly in the Review mode? Any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
