Images not uploading
Hi there,
I'm struggling to upload images today. I've tried a variety of file sizes, and even the text + image option, but nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a Rise site we can follow along to see outages?

Update: 5:00 pm EST it's back up and running in Chrome

If you encounter a browser-related issue again, please ensure you're running the latest browser version. If the problem persists, we'd be happy to help explore other possible causes.
Update: I'm able to add images in Microsoft Edge. Chrome isn't responding.

Earlier, we experienced issues with users having difficulty uploading custom images and videos in Rise 360. We sincerely apologize for the disruption. We understand how important these tools are to you.

We are having issues with some types of images, but not all - there is no error message but the upload just freezes
It's still not loading over here - 4:00 pm EST
It seems as if the issue has been resolved.
