I have been experiencing issues with setting the cover photo. When I select a cover photo using the first slide option, it doesn't fully cover the entire screen. Additionally, when I choose the "Fill player Frame' option, the photo becomes oversized and extends beyond the frame. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve these issues to ensure the cover photo fits properly.15Views0likes2CommentsShow Layer After Hovering All 13 Markers – Not Working 😢
Hi everyone, I’m working in Storyline 360 on a slide with 13 markers that expand on mouse hover only (not on click). I’d like to display a layer called “Continuer” only after all 13 markers have been hovered over. Since the “Visited” state doesn’t work with hover, I created 13 True/False variables (one per marker), each set to True on hover using a trigger. Then I added a trigger on the base layer: Show layer “Continuer” when any variable changes, if all 13 variables are True. Problem: the “Continuer” layer doesn’t appear — even after hovering all the markers. To test, I left the “Continuer” layer empty, with no triggers — just a text box to confirm it’s been displayed. Still, nothing happens. I had found this discussion and a tip from Walt Hamilton, but unfortunately it didn’t work in my case (likely because I’m using hover instead of click). I’m attaching the slide in question. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I found it, thank you for not bothering you with variables.56Views0likes6CommentsBug with rounded corners
Hi. It seems that the latest update of Storyline has a bug where the rounded corners are automatically applied as soon as you select a shape. This is extremely frustrating, because every time I select a shape it overwrites the corner radius I have set with the 'default' option. Can this be fixed soon please?25Views0likes3CommentsEmbedded Storyline accessibility issues
Hoping you might be able to help - when I embed a storyline interaction into my rise 360 courses it seems that screen readers aren't able to pick up any of the text. I've tried turning the 'accessible text' function on but it doesn't make any difference and I've tried two different screen readers with no success. I feel like I must be missing something obvious... any help is very appreciated!113Views0likes6CommentsStoryline 360 - Brief flash/glitch between slide layers after revisiting for a second/third time
Hello, I recently saw a similar post to my current issue, however, updating to the latest version of Storyline 360 hasn't fixed my problem. There are no issues during the initial visit, but after revisiting the layers a second/third time, the layers start glitching before moving on to the next. I've set the layers to "Reset to initial state" when revisiting. There are no animations or transitions. The slide properties that are currently checked are "hide other slide layers," "hide objects on base layer," and "prevent the user from clicking on other layer." Can someone help fix this issue? Thanks,33Views0likes3CommentsUnexpected "Yes/No" Prompt in SCORM Output from Storyline 360
Problem When publishing and uploading SCORM packages created in Articulate Storyline 360, some of my users are encountering an intermittent green "Yes/No" prompt appearing at the start of their course on my LMS. This prompt is not referenced in the project settings (As far as I can see) and seems to occur regardless of the content or structure of the course. It has been observed across multiple projects of mine (but not all), suggesting the issue is not tied to a specific interaction. Whether I click "Yes" or "No," the project no longer works — unless I click "No," click to the "language selection" button (which takes you to a different slide), then close out. After that, the project works normally for everyone. If I test the project in my browser, this never appears. But as soon as I upload it to a fresh course in my LMS, it shows up — so I can never reproduce it during testing. I initially thought it was the resume functionality, but this looks different. Thoughts?Slide does not work correctly when replayed
Hello everyone, unfortunately I keep having problems with Articulate Storyline when users re-watch slides and use a back button to do so. In my current project I have an overview slide. The user is supposed to click on the various question marks and is then taken to an info slide. When the info slide has been played, a next button appears; this takes the user back to the overview slide. Unfortunately, one of these slides (1.7, it is the question mark on the far left) no longer works when the slide is viewed a second time by the user. There is a special feature on this slide: there are two pink buttons, which must be clicked before the next button appears, which leads back to the overview slide. At the first attempt, everything works smoothly. Unfortunately, the next button no longer appears when the slide is viewed a second time. (You can access the slide a second time by clicking on the question mark again or via the back button on the overview slide). I have already tried various settings, but unfortunately I cannot find the solution. I hope you can help me here. Many thanks and best regards Steffi34Views0likes3CommentsAfter returning from the result slide, the Correct and Incorrect layers on the questions are hidden
I've run into an issue and would love your help. My course contains many questions that are aggregated in a result slide. The questions are located in different scenes. When I reach the result slide and the Submit results trigger is executed, the “Correct” and “Incorrect” feedback layers on the question slides no longer appear when I go back to them. The slides and layers are set to Resume saved state, but the feedback layers remain hidden after returning from the result slide. Is there any way to work around this limitation? I was thinking of manually forcing the layers to show using variables, but with a large number of questions, it would be quite a bit of work. If anyone has other ideas, I’d really appreciate it!96Views0likes14CommentsIssue with the last Storyline 360 update
Hi E-learning Heroes, Since the last update, I encountered an issue with the storyline Triggers window. It doesn’t display the triggers after 5 to 10 minutes. The triggers only appear again once we close and reopen the file. Additionally, when you switch slides, it shows the triggers from the previously visited slide. Furthermore, if we choose to downgrade, the update files are not accessible in the old version.376Views4likes27Comments
